A Foundation Grounded in Eternal Truth

At PGT Church, what we believe shapes how we live, worship, and serve. We are firmly rooted in the eternal Word of God, committed to recovering divine order, and dedicated to raising a people who will finish the will of God in their generation.

We believe biblical doctrine is not mere theory—it is the divine blueprint that transforms believers from the inside out, establishing Christlike character, spiritual maturity, and releasing kingdom authority on earth.

Our Statement of Faith

The foundational biblical convictions and scripture references that anchor everything we believe, teach, and practice at PGT Church.

We believe the Bible is the inspired, inerrant Word of God to all people. Written by human authors under the direct guidance of the Holy Spirit, it stands completely true, trustworthy, and authoritative. It is God’s eternal blueprint for faith, life, and divine order—confronting human tradition and aligning believers with God’s truth.

We believe in one eternal God, sovereign Creator of all things, who exists forever in three distinct persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each is fully God, equal in power, glory, and holiness. We believe that believers are called into deep, personal fellowship and communion with the Godhead.

We believe God is all-powerful, all-knowing, ever-present, and holy. He is a loving and righteous Father—compassionate, faithful, and committed to establishing His purpose on earth through a people dedicated to finishing His will in their generation.

We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. Conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin, He lived a sinless life, died on the cross as the complete substitutionary sacrifice for our sins, and rose bodily from the dead. He is the Head of the Church, our mediator, and the express image of the invisible God, into whose likeness we are being transformed.

We believe the Holy Spirit indwells every believer from salvation, sealing them for eternity, convicting of sin, and imparting spiritual life. He empowers the saints to walk in victory, produces Christlike character, and releases spiritual gifts so believers can minister with divine power, boldness, and clarity.

We believe salvation is a sovereign gift of God’s grace received through personal faith in Jesus Christ alone, not by human works. In Christ, we are forgiven, justified, and made new creatures—called not merely to profess faith, but to be transformed from the inside out into spiritual maturity.

We believe the Church is the living Body and Bride of Christ, composed of all redeemed believers. We believe the Church must be aligned with God’s original design—full of purpose, power, and purity. The Church exists to worship the Godhead, preach the whole counsel of God (Diorthosis), equip the saints through intentional mentorship, and execute heaven’s agenda on earth through governmental prayer and righteous living.

We believe man was created with an eternal soul. There will be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous—the saved into everlasting communion and joy with God, and the lost into eternal judgment. With our hearts set on eternity, we live purposefully to finish God’s work before Christ’s return.
