If there is anything that is considered mundane by the world, it is this Gospel that we preach. If you attempt to weigh the truth of the gospel by your rationality, you will end up a failure. In Matthew 22:2-5, Jesus, being the seed, was made light of because in the estimation of man that seed was insignificant.  In order for us not to fall into the same error, Apostle Paul gave a warning in Hebrews 2:1-4.

Over time, the message of the Gospel has not changed, it is as simple as “repent and be saved”. This was the same thing Jesus preached and it is what we are still preaching. One major essence of God’s open door for people to operate the kingdom is that there is always a connection between deliverance and salvation. The major purpose for the throne is for the administration of safety. One of the major reasons the issue of the kingdom is important is that the kingdom is tied to salvation.

Genesis 41 records the story of Joseph and one lesson is directed to us about timing. With all of Joseph’s struggles, he couldn’t attain the throne until the appointed time. When the appointed time for a thing has not come, there is nothing you can do to actualize it. In Genesis 45:5-7, the real intention of God was revealed. When the time came, God opened up the throne of Egypt for Joseph as a saviour. Anytime there is a manifestation of God’s throne, there is always something about deliverance/salvation or escape. God needed to open up the throne because there is a consumption that was coming. In Esther 3:1-6, a similar story is recorded. Even in the midst of hostilities, God was able to raise for Himself a saviour.

When you see the throne, the purpose is to fight perdition. Esther 4:13 established that the major reason why Esther found herself in the position of a queen was because a destruction was coming and God needed to prepare her to be brought into the kingdom.

God is always in the business of bringing remnants into place and one of the means with which He carries this out is by entering kingdoms and creating spaces for His own. The kingdom has the capacity to salvage and stop destruction. Comparing Ezekiel 47:1ff and Revelation 22:1, we see that there is an expression of life that flows out of the throne of God which shows that the kingdom is passionate about salvation.

There is a dimension of throne that is connected with preservation. The water proceeding from the throne is a symbolization of the healing that God is going to bring to the nations. When God has so much rubbed off on you, it only takes your interface with situations to eradicate corruption (Isaiah 28:22).
